It all
started back in 1992 when Mary's and Michael's passion
for culinary arts was further ignited while attending
the famed Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Scottsdale,
Arizona. |

With the
well-rounded curriculum the school provided, they were
fast on their way to becoming chefs. After
completing their internship at L'Auberge de Sedona and
while under the guidance of two "world-class"
chefs, Mary and Michael were ready to graduate. At
graduation, Mary received top honors as
valedictorian. |

With degrees in hand, they set out
to challenge their skills. They have worked at The
Chalets in Denali Park Alaska, Granny's and the Gold
River in Laughlin Nevada, and Canyon Ranch, Loews
Ventana Canyon, Westin La Paloma and Miraval Resort all in
Tucson, Arizona. |

After all
their traveling, Michael and Mary finally settled down
and found their place in Oracle, Arizona, and that's
where the Sonoran Bed & Breakfast was
born. |
